These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeedanceX and its website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SeedanceX provides tools for AI-assisted video and creative workflows. Features, availability, and performance may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not share credentials in a way that violates these Terms or compromises security.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating applicable laws; infringing others’ rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access; distributing malware; scraping or overloading systems in ways that harm the Service; or generating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our policies as we may publish from time to time.

Paid plans, fees, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout and in your plan documentation. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method according to your plan.

SeedanceX and its branding, software, and content (excluding user-submitted materials) are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCEX AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where appropriate. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your contracting entity as we designate in your order or account, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the designated venue will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
